Did I remember to cover my hibiscus before the last freeze we had? Sadly, no. No I didn't. Do I think I'll get out in the next few days to trim it so that I can cover it this time? Um, no. I'm thinking not. Bye bye hibiscus.
Emmy asked if they could build a snowman before school this morning. I agree that there should be snow. When it's 26 degrees outside and all you have to show for it is a crunchy football and an icy kids table it feels like a bit of a rip off. .............................
I just might be ready for spring.

I feel for you. It's 21 here. Although it did snow for a bit, nothing is on the ground. If I'm forced to walk EVERYWHERE in the cold, I agree with you that there should at least be snow to look at and play with!
Pity. That sounds like ideal snow temperatures. Not too cold to play in but lots of fun when it comes.
